I haven't cleared it but I can. I really wanted to make sure it is OK to do so and understand if it is related to the Berk HFC and the O2 sensor to that sits in it. Thanks.

Yes it's perfectly fine to clear it, if it lights up again after only a short while then you might try and use an O2 extender.

It could just be the sensor is starting to fail.

This is absolutely no help to you but I have at least 5000 miles on my 2006 S2000 with a 62.5mm Berk cat without a CEL. As does a buddy on his '02. Cat size make a difference? Installed a year ago on both cars.

Mine is a 62.5. I'll reset the error code and see how I get on.
