CEL...Air pump voltage problem?
CEL Light came on around 4 weeks ago and checked the code which came up as P1412 air pump voltage problem.
Cleared the code in the hoped it wouldn't re-appear..even had a honda technician plug his laptop in and the car came back completely clear of faults.
Last couple of weeks the CEL has been re-appearing after clearing the fault code again with a reader.
Came on again today after starting her up.
Any advice would be greatly appeciated if anyone else has had this problem and possible solution as it's bloody annoying.

I think the Secondary Air Injection (SAI) relay can be known to fail - have a search based on that, see what you think. Do you get the "vacuum cleaner sound" at start for 10 seconds or so while the pump operates ?

This guy here fixed it by ditching the pump https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/107...ltage-too-low/ I think it seems to be that the ECU thinks the pump is drawing too much current (and suffering a voltage drop as a result). I have a SAI pump in my shed that worked when I removed it - PM me if you want to buy it, alternatively it's a bit of an excuse to do an air pump delete - DeltaLima has a thread in the for sale section for the blanking plate, resistor, etc.

Thanks for the info, would there be any problem using the car and ignoring this issue as it doesn't seem to have any impact on the performance if i can live with re-setting the cel every time it happens?

Thanks..
The Kit looks to be the answer and it seems a lot of people have installed it, i could buy a kit and would pay someone to install it.
If there is anybody in the beds/herts/bucks area that has installed one of these and could fit it for me then i would chuck them a good drink.
cheers
