Since fitting my decat and after some spirited driving the cat to manifold keeps blowing.

The donut was reused from when I had the decat on and I have tried removing it turning it a bit and refitting. Was fine all week, then after some hard driving it has started blowing again. Sounds really crap.

I am using the T1R pipe, thinking that it may just be a crap fit and hence causing me problems. Any thoughts?

i dont know mate for sure someone will though!, i know my t1r decat is fine, are you using gaskets?

Just a the OE donut. Don't know if they ever need replacing though?

Not sure I like the sound with the decat anyway, still drones and sounds a bit raspier
