That looks safe enough for me

It's not much of a journey - Southampton to Fareham, which is about 15 miles, and mostly a 30 limit.

Just need the fitting kit now, which I'll likely get from hardtopguy for

To be honest I drove it around for a week like this until I got around to fitting the fitting kit.

Looks like a basis of a design for an ejector seat! I'll add it to my mods for consideration.

I still cant see why someone in the know could knock up a fitting kit similar to the oem one for a couple of quid. These are stupid money for two pieces shaped steel...

I did this long before the newb 150 miles at 80mph +

LOL, Yes but I invested in a better camera to take decent pictures so people can see the images of the bungies!!!

Digital cameras were in their infancy when I took my photos. It was so long ago that fire was still a new concept
