Carrera 4 Kill !!!
Just done a Carrera 4 from a standing start, was I dreaming, kneedless to say, I knew it was a Carrera 4 as he was more keen on losing his license than me !!!!
Thought a Porker would have left me dead, must have opened up about 2 cars lengths before I decided to calm things down.
Marvellous little cars, A1 to Morpeth you know who you are

Yeah bit shell shocked, never expected that, I was pulling away from him and he couldn't do anything about it !!!
Mind when he got going he was gone (ignore that spoils the thead)
So why doesn't he take his Hitler inspired, beetle look alike with a sewing machine pedal accelarator and pick on something in his own price range !!!!

As an owner of a 911 now, I have to say that you've obviously let your imagination run wild, or you've had a run in with a very old 911 (964) C4, otherwise there is no way that you would have beaten one, and more especially never have opened up a 2 car lead on it!!!
My car is tiptronic and a 993, and IMHO is still quicker over any speed range than my S2K was. I took SteveLeith and Deano out in it a few weeks back and they were well impressed with its capabilities.
If you did indeed beat one, then the driver was either a complete woos or not trying.

As far as I recall the 0-100 for a 997 Carerra 4 is somewhere around 12sec, the Honda manages it in 14secs according to Autocar
Mate of mine had a 993 Targa Tiptronic, the Tiptronic added weight and knocked a second off the 0-60 time - Perhaps it wa one of them?
