Default Car wont start, battery seems fine

After searching for relevant topics on the forums and net, i cant seem to find help to successfully diagnose the problem. The car wont start and the battery seems to be working fine, bought it less than a year ago in Halfords and i drive the car several times every week. I have a good jump starter and even tried to add a bit of juice for 20 mins but to no avail... The starter is working since i clearly hear it after the click, and the same applies to the fuel pump, however, the "second half" of the fuel pump "sound" does seem somewhat different, slightly fainter i would hazard a guess? Also, something strange, the "start procedure" seems to want to automatically repeat itself after i push the start button, never happened before so not really sure what that might mean, the ESP light also stays on after i click the start button, not exactly sure if that is normal or not.

I greatly appreciate all the help and advice in advance.

You hear the starter "click", but does it turn over the engine?

Check your battery terminals are tight.

It does seem to turn the engine, yes. I did re tighten the terminals after "juicing" the battery.

If you take the battery back to Halfords they will be able to put a tester on it and see if a Cell has died on you. Have you checked the voltage? Tried using another battery or using jump leads from another vehicle or a jump pack.
