Theres a thread on here about removing the plastic bracing in the air filter box to improve flow.Going to have to find it, my car was doing it today.

Move to the North East of England.

Not as much as a problem here..

1) Because we are always 10 Degrees below the South

2) Traffic jams, except in 3 places around Newcastle are red on a traffic light for 15 seconds..

3) Some lovely roads to clear the cars throat..

The idle air control valve (iacv) will cause this in AP1. Removing and spraying it with carb cleaner will provide a temporary fix, but to do properly the electric motor component must be removed from the iacv and the valve spun around a few times. That is the only way to get rid of the sticking points in the valve rotating assembly.

I had it in traffic along the M40 on Sunday and run an AEM v2 intake, so in short, no a long arm does not completely cure the issue.
