MR2 what a pile of cack.... they are awful inside and have only got 130ish bhp.
The TT 3.2 DOES come with a manual if requested. The SLK350 is a better car (apparently) with the manual box.
I would go for the opportunity to drive the Boxster if you have never driven one or get a manual 3.0 Z4.

I've also voted Boxter - but get the MR2 if you want to get a car that won't make you want to change from the S2000, as the Boxter may well have you wanting to trade up

Point of MR2 spectacularly missed! Excellent!
MR2 should be good fun in a Honda Beat sort of way.
I should go for the Bog Star, since it's someone else's money you're wasting. Also, it will dispel once and for all its alleged superiority as being unwarranted, after the novelty has worm off.

Well waiting with bated breath to see which cars are available.
I think my top choices would be Boxster, Manual Z4, Merc350 or TT 3.2 manual.
All cars I would be unlikely to buy, but all fairly expensive and it's not my money !

I'd go for the Boxster since I've only ever driven a 5 year old 2.5 and was left wondering how it's price could be justified....
Would be interesting to live with one for a while and see if my opinion was changed. Although being thought of as a twat because of the car I drive, rather than because I am one would be tiring I suspect, as would all the waiting to exit junctions....
Failing that, I would have to say the MX-5 would get my vote over the MR2, simply because it is the perfect small roadster, fun, chuckable, communicative and very friendly on the limit.
Oh, and who on earth voted for the BMW pram (Mini convertible)?

I thought I liked the 350 when it came out (it sounds great!) but, apart from being too tarty, I am finding the styling increasingly contrived.
I prefer the cleanliness of the earlier SLK.
