Smile Can't Believe It

I can't believe this.

I parked my car at work in the staff car park. It is a hugh car park with lots of space. When I return to my car at night when there are only about ten cars left. A lady runs over to me and says "I am really sorry. I have hit your car!"

I went to have a look expecting a minor scratch or dent in the bumper, but noooooo, she has done this.....

Check the post below for a pic. Thx Neil.H

I cannot believe the damage she has done... and by reversing out of a parking space in which a competent driver could turn a bus!

I am really p!$$ed.

To make matters worse, she then went on to joke about women being bad drivers and all...............

The only good thing I guess is that she admitted it!!!

There was a recent thread on here about women reversing in car parks.

Damage looks as though it may pop out.

when I was 'shunted' in a queue if traffic by a staling driver I had less visible damage, I require a new bumper, number plate, number plate surround, new welded slam panels underneath! and the boot checking.

It does look like the bumper took most of the impact but get it checked.

My total cost of repairs (on a 3 day old car too) was

Thanks for the Repost.

I had the car checked out at Honda this morning. They are saying that I need a new bumper, bumper bar, plate surround and left light cluster (apparently the bracket is damaged). Including paint and labour I am guessing about 2k.

The picture doesn't show it well, but the bumper is quite mangled.

Did they suck their teeth while quoting you all those parts ? No skill anymore is there...."nah mate, its on insurance....we'll replace the lot"

Good luck with the repair.
