Default Can you remove headlight washers without removing bumper?

I've bought a spare front bumper to put a splitter on and get sprayed up as mine is looking a little aged.

Today while tinkering, I removed the washers from the spare front bumper and sprayed them up to colour code them.

My question is, as removing the bumper is a PITA (rusty bolts etc), can I replace my washer jets for my sprayed ones in the mean time but without removing my front bumper? Can you get in through the front wheel arches or something?

I believe you can, if you remove the liners.

BUT the ballasts & bumper support frames & the air pump will all be in your way.

Are you a Gyaenocoligist by any chance?

Well it seems I've answered my own question this morning and with the wheel removed and the wheel arch liner bent back, the answer is yes, easily.
