Looks like the nearside (rear) skirt - sill to wheel arch extension - part of spoiler / skirt option stuff - sorry no pics of one on a car - but no doubt someone will have one posted up soon.

Nearside OEM strake
Goes just in front of rear wheel arch.
Only one more needed to make a pair
