What a great idea(s)! One blue lamp being mounted this week-end powered from the socket. Will try the gatso also but will only be able to use it whilst stationary or some difficult calculations come up.

Put a green one on. We used to have them for the RAC rally, Radio Safety cover! When we went in convoy (10+ cars) all with lights and roof top boards, no one passed us!

Have you had unrestricted filming in practice Adrian? I'm in two minds whether to go for a bullet cam or to get a camera mount just for now, for use as Anglesey and SM5. The other alternative is a suction mount, but I'm not sure whether or not I could get a secure position in the S which would allow an unrestricted rear view.

Filming to rear is OK.

Filming to front I tend to have telephoto on and the results are quite acceptable.

At the Blurter Meet I shot some great material - or so I thought - until I found that I hadn't switched the darn thing on!!! Or if I had left it in 2Standby" mode it switched itself off after 5 minutes!!

Need a Navigator!

Did the same thing with mine, but removed the wind deflector and drilled the hole under that. That way, when im trackdaying i take the deflector off and mount the camera and when im not no nasty hole
