But no where near as far as the Isle of Arran meet, the next few days.

If I wasn't in Jockland I would probably have come along

Can make that no probs.
There is a nice pub as you head out of Cambridge towards Newmarket on the left hand side with a good size carpark, but for the life of me I can not remember what its called. I feel a little expedition coming on! Will let you know.

StevenM - sorry you can't make it Hopefully we'll have another meet soon
baptistsan - great! Let us know what this place is like. Is it in Fen Ditton? Looks like it's between this and the place in Granchester, unless anyone has any other suggestions.
Bigfecker - hope you get your car sorted.

Okay the pub is caled The Prince Albert and it is on the A1303 as you leave Cambridge, heading towards Newmarket. It won pub of the year a couple of years back and serves a good pint, not sure about the food though.

San, head out of Cambridge past the Grafton center, turn right onto Newmarket road, this takes you towards the A14. Head out onto the A1303 towards Newmarket, the pub is on the left hand side. I'll see if I can find it on multimap for you.

OK, looks like we have a venue. What time do we want to meet?

San - I'll be driving up from central Cambridge if you want to go in convoy.
