Bye Bye S2000 HF, Hello S200 OHF
Got pulled for my plate S2000 HF, they read me the riot act and I got the story of how blah blah something about terrorism and 2 strikes with that plate and I'll end up blah blah.
Basically I know I'm in the wrong but it did feel like I was easy pickings.
Loved the parting comment as I got handed the ticket "I don't like giving these out"... LOL yeh right!

Pity your plate wasn't OFF instead of OHF! (Or, even more appropriately here, P166 OFF or P155 OFF!)

I wonder how much that is worth?

Fear not RevRanger!
At least you now know that your local Police has solved all other crimes in your area, if all they can find to do is target people with mis-spaced number plates
This is the only thing stopping me get a S2000 style number plate. I can't be dealing with local plod. I know it's against the law, but tbh having a mis-spaced number plate doesn't do anyone any harm. I just can't see the problem with changing the spacing so in fact you make it easier to remember.
I have respect for the job the Police have to do in the local town centre on a Friday night and when dealing with serious crimes, but stuff like this just alienates them from the general public, get on and prevent "real" crime.
Just my 2p worth.
