as i said if he is a director, you should be able to find out his home address from companies house, so you'll know where to send the boys...

I need the registered address for the S2000 4 U company, or even better, Sean's home address if anyone has been there to pick up/drop off a car.
Just a thought, why not phone him up and say you are interested in an S2000 and you'd like to come and have a look at his stock, then ask for his address?

Cheers Ian

His home address registered with company house is not registered to him, it is in somebody else's name, must be his wife before they were married or something. So can't go after him through the courts that way.

Giving the number a ring and speaking to him will only get me his new trading premises. My solicitor has to try to prove that the old business and the new one are linked and that he still owes me my dollars

I'll keep you updated, but i'd advise anyone thinking of buying a car from him to give him a wide berth. There are plenty of other nice S2000s out there

I did ask him if had any dodgy dealings and he said no. Unfortunately, and I don't know the facts in your case, I would never buy from a person like him.

Can't really comment on purchasing a car from Sean but I recently sold my S2000 to him and it couldn't have gone smoother. He helped with all the fiannce matters (it was purchased on a Honda Finance agreement) and explained several things about the car that I had never been told, even by the Honda dealer I bought it from!! As far as I can make out he is a pretty good dealer with a thorough knowledge of S2000s.

After I purchased the car 2 years ago from a Honda dealer I had nothing but trouble - it needed a new alarm within a month, the steering needed attention three times before it would drive in a straight line (the dealer tried to fix this without taking it out on a test drive!) and they replaced the tyres with the wrong ones so they needed to get the car back to change them again! It then needed new fuel injectors as it was misfiring - an expensive undertaking! Overall buying the car from Honda was made very easy, but after that the troubles began.

I'm sure that if Honda had been as thorough as Sean was none of this would have happened. I have seen a few posts concerning Sean changing the name of his business to evade problems but I can find no evidence of this, even after checking.

Overall, I would say to anyone out there looking to buy or sell an S2000 to look Sean up. He has a great selection of cars, prices reasonably and knows his stuff - if I was going to buy another I would trust him over a Honda dealer anyday.

2 years ownership, and your first post is about selling it!

Are you related to Sean?

Bang on the button Dan. If that's not a post from Sean or one of his cronies I'll hack my left bollock off and pan fry it in garlic.

Nothing against the guy (over any other trader - I bought from him myself over a year ago) but half arsed PR attempts can quickly turn me against someone....
