I searched for the original thread and found it first time.

There's a certain technique you have to learn with the S2ki search.

keyword "s2000-4u.co.uk"

Search Posts from Today and older (I always use these settings otherwise you won't get anything)

I searched for "s2000-4u" in 180 days and newer. The search is as predictable as my wife, which means not at all.

Just spoke to Sean at S2000 4 u,it seems he's doing good business!Asked about afew cars but they were sold even though they still appear on his stocklist.Had chat with him about P/X on my car he said he would contact other dealers as he doesnt deal in my particular car!I've also enquired about another S this time a private sale in the Wimbledon area-X332 ETO does anybody know it?The bloke sounded ok gave me details of the car and said there was a slight dent on the O/S quarter from where he lent on it saying that these cars are soft skinned?

They are soft skinned. Beardie and I have both got a series of tiny little dings on the rear panel (just behind the door handle) where we've obviously elbowed the panel heaving our ample frames out the car. I've since revised my technique and now just fall out on to the pavement (which impresses the girls enormously!).

(I should add mine is considerably more ample than Beardie's ... )

S2000 4 U regularly make the topic of posts here. They're the usual dealer and they will take you for a ride if they think they can get away with it. In particular they're guilty of populating autotrader, their website etc with non-existent cars to gain interest and then claim they're sold when you enquire. But of course offer to source you a car to your requirements.

Use the wonderfully reliable search engine or browse back a few index pages in the main forum. S20004U are well known and there are probably better places to get your car. Certainly don't consider them any more trustworthy than any other seller, private or trade.

So from the sounds of it the S should come with the sign saying handle with care! If the panels are that supple would it affect the process of getting the dent pulled out?

Had some dings taken out my door by a company called Acci-Dent and they came out fine. Can't tell they were there now ...

The doors are obviously easier to get at, but I will get rid of these dings if/when I come to sell.

I've read the lengthy thread about S2000 4u and got mixed views from it i suppose theres always the good the bad and the ugly in the car trade!Im would rather P/X may current car thats why S2000 4u comes into consideration.
