I find this thread interesting since a fair number of people inc myself had had dealings with Sean and those who bhave had the involvement generally appear to have positive words to say. I purchased prior to name/site change of the business and as I have said before the car has been good and the service provided was very much WYSIWYG, I think it is always the responsibility of the buyer to get anything checked out and as has been mentioned here if there is the odd skeleton in the closet I make a point off assuming the dealer will never point these out whoever they are.

Hence get an expert to check the car out fully and also get a history check run.

Appears the only complaints so far appear to be from those that havent actually dealt with S2K4U or from the old MR2 threads which add some but little value to the debate since we do not know the history behind this. All too easy to describe things worse than they are.

From the above post by 'Chloe' it is good to see the involvement that S2K4U want in the future with S2Ki. Considering the grief they have received from some I'm suprised the politeness in their replies. Also appear to be mostly open with their answers.

Like it or not S2K4U will continue to prosper, with the apparant cash flow and the specialisation in this vehicle I can only see them increasing their sales...

I guess some people just dont like dealers who are making 'quick' cash out of the car they love dealing it like a commodity rather than what it really is but benefit of the doubt on this one from me.

It can only be a good thing to have a reliable buyer around the corner from most of us in the South East if you are struggling to sell your S as well as any other benefits that can be provided to us. The glass screen replacement is something I would definately be interested in and I am sure Sean could bring other parts and GB's to the board which will add value..

1 of seans drivers will be coming down either tomorrow or the next day to buy my car from me in the form of a bankers draft. Hope it all goes well as i'm looking for a quick sale, but will not budge from the agreed price over the phone by even a quid. Let you know how it goes from a selling point of view

as one of the people knocking sean based on his history i am pleased that he took the time to respond to the questions on this thread.

i shall therefore withhold all further negative comments and let his customers provide the feedback on s2000-4-u. it would be nice to have a s2000 specialist who works with the s2k community.

Question

With regards to Sean's company. I recently purchased a Honda S2000 for my gf from Sean, and my feedback on the whole is positive, I have bought numerous new and 2nd hand cars from makers such as Volvo through to Porsche and being a recruitment consultant have very little patience for bull

Seans driver turned up, gave the car a once over, checked paperwork, gave me bankers draft and off he went. All done in under 30 mins.

Easy way to sell my car for a couple of hundred quid less then a private sale. Top stuff.
