I am having issues with this firm. They are refusing to refund a 'Refundable holding deposit' which i am owed and and are lying about that fact that they told me it was subject to a few points.

I would urge buyers to stay well clear of this company, complete cowboys.

I am just about to instruct my solicitor to obtain this holding deposit back.

Surely this is evidence of their customer service:

Sorry to hear this Alex, the thread basically sums up that they are complete tossers and cowboys.

I take it you must not have read this before purchasing .

The world will be a better place, without www.S2000-4u.co.uk... from what i've read, they buy dogs, half heartedly "do them up" and sell on for £2,500 or so more than they bought the car from its source.
Dealers like this will dissapear when they push their margins too far, people will get pi**ed off with their brand.
Should be called "car-sharks-4u.co.uk"

Luckily i didn't buy my current S2000 from then, hence arguing over a refundable deposit. I will keep you all updated as to what happens. Either way though, they have made the bad impression now.

People should use an independent review site like reviewcentre.com or revoo.com which can't be controlled by any cowboys.

I think the company trading as S2000-4-fools has changed again, per that screen grab.

Looks like they've shafted HMRC too a few times by now.

They shouldn't be allowed to trade with the name of our car model. They sell all sorts of performance cars, not just ours.
Wondering if the big Audi and BMW stock they sell are in any better condition as their Honda's. You're talking big money when an "M" car starts faltering.
Always about money with traders, greedyness will scupper any business. Reputation is king, theirs is at an all time low.

Update on my issue.

I have received a full refund from S20004u after my self and them realsiing that it was a mis-understanding. To be far, they seem ok to deal with.

Having not bought my S2000 from them, im sure they are fine to deal with, i drive past this garage quite a lot and they always seem to have nice stock.
