Phil,
Any aviation or maybe even marine, spares shops will keep v-bands.
They aint cheap though.
First off try local heavy plant repair shops, or marine engine / marinas.

Heres another who will have them, but no idea about cost:

Aviation Centre
Downlands Business Park
Worthing
West Sussex
BN14 9LA
United Kingdom

Tel:01903 705700

Main Email: sales@saywell.co.uk

Or try Teconnex, maybe even ring the local Pirtek in Acton Park - they used to do a massive amount in Heathrow and they should have some.

i think yesterday it was only running at 16 lbs of boost, tuned down alot until the weekend when its tuned

however taken it through a few tunnels today and it would have deafened you all at the tunnel run

will get some pics and videos real soon

Mase is still on a marathon sleep session and its 1653 ,

Well i thought i would post up some views on driving my S2000 now its back

So here goes, its currently not running on full boost until it gets tuned on sat,

but we have been out and about and getting me used to driving it

First impressions are great, you can drive it like a n/a s2000 around town and cruising on the motorway, and fuel eccon is pretty damn the same as stock. The clutch in 1st gear takes abit getting used to but i am getting there.
The overall feel of the ironman clutch is good, infact almost the same as stock except for 1st

So i have been driving it around town, and in traffic on the motorway(m25 dont you just love it) and its easy to live with.

Then when it comes to pushing it (beating it) the power delivery is amazing, at first i was not pushing it to 9700, i was getting to 7-8k and lifting or changing gear, and thought that was quick enough, the turbo spools up very quick, even in 6th which is nice when on motorway

So last night went to the ace cafe, saw some nice cars, which mase said we should race but i am a wimp
On the way home we did some street tuning, which filled me alot of confidence on the the car handles and the power of it

first we did 1st-2nd 9700 pulls, (all i will say is have a pee b4 u try that) mase tuned the boost right down to about 8lbs in first, 10 ilbs in 2nd, and there was no wheel spin which is what i wanted

then came the 3rd gear pulls, initialy went for 16lbs up to 9700, god it pulled like a freight train, b4 you know it ur are in the 3 figures.

then after some more fiddling on the laptop, mase put full boost on 3rd and 4th just so i could see what it was like, the car just sat down and pulled, pretty stable, and the confidence was there, however my jaw ached with smiling all the time

I know this account of the drive ability is not the greatest and some others would be able to describe it better, but its just so hard to put it into word other than MENTAL

more updates soon
