Phil, I have to ask, do you think this is worth all the hassle??

ie would you do it again?

I admire your patience but this has been well over a year and i'd be going mad not having my car to drive!
Mark

very good question, and one that has had many answers over the past year,

it went from excitement to annoyance, then from intrigue to sheer delight
then the waiting, wondering, and wishing

yeah the answer sounds a bit crap, it has been a very mixed bag of emotions, yeah its only a car, but we are all here because we like cars etc, and therefore a very important to us.
The fact of not having a car for over the last year has been a total pain, lucky for me i live next door to the fire station i work at so not traveling for me but it has left me a little tide at home as i could not always have the g/f car

So would i do it again, i think the answer would be No. why, the only reason being is i feel so detached from it all, if it was down the road i could pop and see how progress is going, maybe help out , so thats the only reason i would say no, If mase was here doing it i would jump at it again, the guy is tops, i have been a total pain in the ass at times and he has put up with it, and so has the g/f, as i have been cranky for a year lol, she says she is a widow to the forum, as i have been on here checking progress and talking to mase most nights

wow long winded answer, i cant wait to get it back, and i promise that anyone who wants a ride or to check it out they are more than welcome, after all it was a project for me and the rest of us fellow s2000 owners who are thinking of FI turbo

Good answer

I guess you can see the finish line now, which is good.

I'd get some magazine exposure lined up as it's quite a journey you are going through!

Japanese Performance are a bit less chav, and more into engineering than neon lights, so might be more fitting for your car.

i just bought that mag for the first time last month, might give them a nod and see what they say, i feel a little gimpish writing to them, but we all like to read about them

got a little web page in development just so people can also see who has worked on it, pics of the build saves them looking at loads of different sites etc

I wouldn't feel gimpish.

You will have a decent article on the car for you to frame and keep forever
