he will, as u can understand the time diffence so not always easy to speak as one might be working when the other not, but we are trying and once all the figures are sorted will sort this thread out

Will say at the moment, all of the testing is on a stock motor, stock dif, stock exhaust/cat, so i know he will continue to test now with the gt35, however there is going to be alittle downtime as the AEM has taken a big dump and on route back to them

Have you got a dyno plot of the GT30 and this manifold? It would be interesting to see when the boost comes on compared to the GT35 in an otherwise identical setup...
i will try to post a plot sometime this week.

testing testing testing. the story of my life. doesnt help the coil driver on the aem box went bad. when it gets back, we will see how phils gt35r will do on the stock motor.

So far as its been posted before:

it made 473 whp (not bhp) on pump gas roughly 14psi.

493 whp at 16 psi on race gas/pump gas mix

507 whp at 18-19 psi on race gas/pump gas mix.

this is open exhaust (phils new exhaust isnt here yet, but on the way).

with that being said. the gt30r is maxed out (which is right on par) my goal w/ the gt30r on the dyno dynamics dyno was right at 500. mission accomplished.

goal on the stock motor w/ gt35r = 600 whp.

stay tuned

Guess that blows the myth that 10psi turbo boost is the max on stock F20c then.

Maybe i can start my own myth busters?

Im in the process of making a new website, and would like to include you guys across the pond. Thanks!

The numbers are indeed amazing!

That said, I am not sure it blows the myth that 10 psi is the max safe boost on a stock gasket... One or two dyno runs is not quite daily drive reliability testing!

Mase, would you really run 14psi on a stock block and gasket for a daily drive?

Phil, it sounds like your car will be legendary once you get it back. Please drive carefully mate!

alright bud, i se what you are saying about the the 10 psi on stock motor. The only thing i can say, is that it has not just been on the dyno, mase has been out driving it about on the street, even against an evo and cobra

so that being said, it had more than dyno runs, but nothing like months and months of driving at that boost.

I was expecting my engine to fail with the boost going through it, due to the mileage and age, but its holding well

plus just because it is doing that now, does not mean people who go turbo in future need to have it running at 19psi, this is just testing to see what stock will do, before my built motor goes in.

Legendary hmmm we will see, i hope though that if people want to see it they are more than welcome to b4 the gor FI with turbo
