Default Broke my ECU, what are my options?

I was doing a gearbox and clutch change, and when putting everything back together I managed to mix up the connectors for the O2 sensors..
I connected both the O2 sensor connectors coming from the ECU into each other, and by doing that I managed to burn the O2 heater circuit from the ECU.

So, what are my options...?

I could get a used ECU from a scrapper car, but how about the Immobilizer?
I read that some people with the same problem have had a Honda dealer re-program the Immobilizer chip from a previously used ECU to work with the car, but I´m not sure if this is possible, and if it is does it require the Dealer to have some S2000 specific tools...? There were only 2 S2000.s ever sold new here in Finland, so I doubt the dealers have any specific tools for the car. Also every other S2000 that I have seen has had the "normal" Honda key fob (This one: http://infinitypowerzone.com/images/...ote_normal.jpg), but my car has a fob like this: http://www.diccaldwell.co.uk/carpics/Key%20Fob.jpg .
I also always have to press a button on my key fob before starting the car to de-activate the immobilizer, I´ve never heard of anyone having to do this with the original Honda key fob. Is my immobilizer a factory Honda unit, or is it a seperate unit installed in the UK by the dealer...? I know many UK cars have these fobs so I guess it has got to have something to do with the local Honda dealers or something?

Also has anyone got a circuit diagram for the S2000 ECU or any information if the O2 heater circuit could be repaired by an electrician...?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, since I havn´t had the chance to drive my car whole summer, and I´m starting to get anxious!

What year is your car? I have a spare ECU with a pair of keys and all lock barrels available if you're interested?

It´s a 2002.
You got PM.d.

So all I need to do is change the ECU and locks, no need to reprogram anything etc?
I remember older Hondas having a seperate immobilizer unit that you had to change in case you lost your keys or something.

I'm sure you can plug a new ECU in and get it coded if you have the serial number thing from it.

I had to buy a spare ECU a while back and Honda coded it to my car.
