Default Brakes shaking

I was braking hard from quite fast last night and my brakes started to shake the car, so when I stopped I looked at them and there appeared to be black marks on a few bits on the disk, as if it was making more contact with the pad. So I am thinking that the disk could be warped, am I right it is it something else?

That sounds like pad deposits on the disc.

My GTR35 used to do that with the original discs and pads. However that would only occur at EXTREMELY high brake temps, alot more than you would see from one or two stoppies :>

What discs and pads are you using?

Mophead, try doing some more hard braking - may clear it.
