Brakes!
Well, finally got my brakes through this morning so went about fitting them. Few problems, mainly with the shims on the pads so some of them came off and were replaced with copper grease.
Whilst I was at it, re-greased the caliper sliders, flushed the brake fluid, adjusted the exhaust, flushed the clutch fluid and greased the clutch fork selector.
I also painted the calipers!

Got these on my car now. I have the new yellow stuff in waiting, plus Russel lines and I guess I will do the power slot rotors too with new fluid. I can't wait to feel that combo.
These hold really well. Sometimes my brakes feel a bit spongy, but they hold for ever. About the same dusting as OEM I think.

All I can remember from Scoobynet was how many people trashed discs with Red Stuff pads.
So much so, that it put me off and I opted for Ferodo DS2500 which gave a lot of dust but better stopping power.
No apparent massive increase in disk wear, obviously more than standard pads, but not easily measured.
