Trail braking is a common racing technique and in my constant quest to become a better driver I have been considering it.

[QUOTE=Kelk,Aug 1 2005, 10:50 AM] Craig - The results I got back (or that I have to hand at least are as follows:

With gold membership to s2ki and using it on the marketplace I found:

Front disks 2 x $72
Rear disks 2 x $67.50
Front pads 2 x $36.71
Rear pads 2 x $45.35
Total $443.12 and at the time the exchange rate meant that the UK price before shipping and any duty to be paid was

Not one to use day to day on the public roads to even out pad wear though

I'm sure it'll involve spanners somewhere - just never done it before.
It SHOULD just be a case of clipping them into place.
I'm thinking about uprating discs and pads... but they haven't started to squeal yet, after 13000 miles!

Tyres, on the other hand... fairly evenly worn to 2mm all around at the mo. Thank Crunchie for Event Tyres
