Ok, so I have the 304mm K-Sport BBK on my S2000. Getting close to needing the pads replaced.
Have contacted K-Sport and was notified that a replacement pad would be the EBC Yellow Stuff DP4002R.

Can anyone suggest a source where I can find out what other brands of pad will fit?

According to EBC website, it seems that the DP4002R can be replaced with DP3002C (Redstuff) or DP2002 (Greenstuff).

I want to know if any other brands pads will match these...

Best bet is to find what other cars those pads fit - this may prove useful:
