mines a 2000 s2k and have tried all three:

Esso SUL - kangarooed all the time

BP Ultimate - intermittent kangarooing but:

Shell optimax - no kangarooing, more power and feels quicker and more responsive when overtaking/accelariting hard.

Mine feels better on Ultimate...... I used to feed her a pure Optimax diet but still suffered from occasional low rev (2000rpm) hesitancy/kangerooing.

I'm on my 3rd tank of Ultimate now and I haven't had a single instance of the kangers...... it feels just as quick, the VTEC kick is still there and I have the airbox lid off (which tended to increase the low rev kangerooing on Optimax).

Looks to me like each car has its own preferred tipple

76 Racing sell street legal 106 octane fuel:-

Cool Blue 106 octane street legal racing gasoline

106 octane is the first street legal racing gasoline that meets all UK and European standards for unleaded petrol. It is designed to burn cleanly, give more torque and thrives at high revs. Can be used neat or blended with lower octane street fuels to upgrade 'super unleaded' petrol. Available in 10 or 25 litre cans, this fuel is sold via a carefully selected network of distributors but can also be bought via our online shop.

This is the fuel to have if you want to improve your qt mile times. Can safely be used in engines with up to 14:1 compression ratio (aluminium heads). Works excellent with both normally aspirated engines as well as turbo/supercharged engines

I filled the tank with BP Ultimate prior to the Heyford Academy, and subsequently spent most of the day spinning into the grass ... so it must be good
