Bottom row of radiator fins
Bottom row of radiator fins are hanging off! Half is still attached but half has dropped down!
Is it easy to re-attach?

No its not easy to fix it would come off TBH it you tried to reattach them, i have a 'small' section that has came off my radiator, I actually monitor the coolant temp and its fine , if it gets worse i will replace for sure. Its not something to bother about really unless it gets worse, it will slightly effect the cooling down.
These fins take the heat from the tubes and transfer it to the air goi through the radiator.
Actually i 'think' they are called condensor fins.

Aircon rad is at the front, it has metal end caps to deal with the pressure.
The coolant rad is behind it with plastic end caps and vertical cooling plates
