I wouldnt pay more for carbon look, or carbon dampers personally. So to me, no it's not worth it.

Other opionions may well be forthcoming

Just bought one Sokie Tech Damper I'll chime in after I install it.

If you want to dress up your engine bay with CF bling I think it is worth paying extra but I have no carbon theme on my engine bay so black would be the best plus it blends with every colour.

Well I dont think its worth paying the extra for the carbons ones like I did.

It didnt look like 100% carbon fibre when I last looked. They also didnt feel any lighter than the black ones I sent back.

Well, just fitted mine. Found 2 other bolts that I have in my bolts box and used them.

Copper greased everything as per usual















And just as I was cleaning up, tripped over my socket set:

72 bit pickup then.
