I was more referring to Carrie and Puppy's installation efforts this evening, rather than yours.

Ten minutes? I beg to differ.

To be fair, if the bolts were the right size, it would of been a 10 min job.

Once i get these bolts cut for vix, i coudl probably to it in 2 mins flat now.

You should bring a more hard-wearing nailfile next time.

But i told you the bolts would not be long enough in the opening post, and I mentioned what size to buy whilst waiting for delivery of the dampers, were you hoping for devine intervention at customs or something you just can't help some people

Fitted mine... pretty easy really! Local hardware place had no 6mx20m hex bolts in stock so I ended up getting some "normal" screw type as a temp solution.

Carbon bling!!

Brackets are ok... Did anyone have to bend them to fit better? - I didn't but I felt they could have been adjusted slightly better to fit the bonnets angle. But I didn't want too mess the angle of the pivot joint....

Another view.

Oh and thanks to KitKat for the comptech bar

Those CF one's go well with the rest of your engine bay.

Another set fitted today.

I see Si went for the 'wrong way' round approach (according to the destructions), either way up they seem to work fine however.

They do look good with all the other carbon options in your car Si, very nice.
