Default BMW rear plastic window cleaner

It's official BMW actually make something that's

a) cheap
b) fantastic
c) doesn't make everyone hate you

I thought my plastic rear window wasn't too bad (obviously I couldn't really see through it properly but just thought that's how they all were! ) until a mate at work who's got an Austin Healey told me to go and buy this cleaner cream from BMW. It only cost me

I presume by plastic window you mean the "soft" plastic window that folds up rather than the hard rear window?

If this stuff is that good please pass on the details because I'm always having difficulties keeping that puppy see thru.

I have some Auto Glym stuff which works OK.. and I'd ather use that than buy some other stuff... hate to say this but 'Got Any Pics?'

But I agree about the inside, I'd be most appreciative of anyone with double jointed wrists and elbows that can come and clean the areas behind the roll bars in mine

That's right Kelk, the rear windscreen for the pre02

Part number is 81 22 9 407 665

They had to order it in for me, it took around 3 days so call them to check/ order it first.

It only took me 5 mins to turn my windows from something you could see vague shapes in, to a proper window you could see through clearly

Nice sig Marc

Sorry, no pic - it's just started raining here I'll take one tomorrow if it's dry.

Rob, I tried the autoglym fast glass spray and that was crap. This stuff is 100 times better

They're a good dealer - better than Honda anyway. I went to look at an M Roadster in there one day when I was waiting to test drive the RX8 at a garage next door. I told the salesman I preferred the S2000 and he agreed

Dealers name witheld to protect the salesman

The Auto Glym stuff I have is Motorcycle Visor Cleaner. Comes in a big bottle - enough to last a while - with a little squirty bottle that fits in the secret compartment WOrks pretty well, will wait to see your pic though.
