Default Blowing exhaust

Just buying a cat back exhaust, but I now think it's also blowing from the engine side of the cat. What do you think I need to replace and what's it going to cost?

I'll get it up on a ramp. I assumed it was the steel had coroded and would need to be replaced from the manifold to the Cat.
