A mate of mine has a VW Polo show car in 'Subaru Mica Black' (or something like that!) it has a subtle gold metallic to it when the sun hits it! I think it can be mixed to be as subtle as you like too...

Ohh I can tell already this is going to be a difficult choice!

My eyes are pretty crap with colours which is a problem as I'm colour bind with some shades of colours so need something that I will be able to see properly or there's no point!

Is that picture of the Miata/MX5 the black cherry/ebony mica?

Always loved the nighthawk black although i'd probably go for something less subtle

My dads car is BMW Ruby black and it does look fantastic in the sun, a really purple / aubergine fleck.

Alfa Romeo do a really nice black with a red pearl called Etna black.

My wifes car is a pearl black Nissan Qashqai, that look nice when its polished up.

That sounds like a good one, it would go well with the red interior. Now all I have to do is find a decent close up picture or an Alfa garage locally to take a look at the colour properly!
