Default BJ08 SVZ - Anyone know it?

I'm seeing this car on saturday. Silverstone GT, full black interior.

Anyone know its history?

It was first rgistered to someone in Newtown, Powys. Looks to be a good clean car (as per the photos, at least).

Thanks for any info.

Another waste of my time, and a long and expensive trip over to look at this car.

I always ask if there's been any paintwork done, and was told no, as far as they were aware. It took a fraction of a second for me to spot the overspray on the driver's door window rubber trim at the back end and also on the trim under the hardtop. We took the hardtop off and there was a noticeable piant ridge wgich was hidden when the hardtop was on.

At some angles from a few feet away, there was no noticeable sign of new paint. At another angle, it stood out clearly and was blotchy at the top back of the door and front of the rear panel. The dealer "hadn't noticed".

A shame as the car was like new everywhere else, but I know that paintwork would annoy me every time I walked up to the car.

Might have been an idea to use it as a bargaining tool and spend small money getting it corrected?
