It just fancies itself, or thinks the bird in its reflection is a threat. I remember a news report with peacocks a while ago with the same thing, but worse.
As someone suggested, try putting something over the window to stop it seeing it's reflection.

Genius! But the bird harassment video is better. Try hanging up some bird feed nearby so the bird gets distracted. Works for my S2k and beet root!
