Here ya go, it's from just across the border in Canada I think the shipping was about another $100 but that's pretty cheap considering the weight and size.

For another $20 he included the 1 1/2" square receiver, which the tow-ball fits onto. Bike carrier is the Thule Ride on 9502.
The hole I gouged out is covered with the reg' plate when not in use.
