Just wondered if any of you lot have caught the test drive blag bug?...... whereby you try to get a test drive in something even if having no intention of buying?

I've got a Mini Cooper S today (24hr loan)...... but my best blags so far have been the 996 C4S, NSX, M3 and a VX220 which the dealer lent me for a week

Does anyone else take the p*ss like this or is it just me?

Blaggers of the world, unite!

I shall be test-driving the RX8 and Alfa 147 GTA when they hit these shores. I'll also be toddling along to my local Porker dealer at some point over the summer making noises about how it might be time to move up from the S2000 to a 911....... It's not, but then they're not to know that, are they? Ditto for the local Noble dealer. I'm seriously smitten with the M12 after driving one on a Supercars day recently.
