Yeah, but dealers will never put their best price on a car, flash the cash and watch their eyes light up. They are all about shifting numbers to meet targets.

I saw an 04 with 2000 miles on the clock going for 23,500 and i am sure i could hae got it below 23k if i haggled.

There must be one dealer that is famous for giving great discounts. I know there was in the franchise i worked at.

Churcha,

I've just taken delivery of a New 04 GT and I can tell you that Honda UK has NO brand new unregistered 2004 cars in the country.

I was told when I picked my car up that the next shipment into the UK will be Jan/Feb next year and most if not all of them in Black !!

When I hunted high and low even trying to get a demo is just about impossible as not many dealers have a demo.

I do however know of a 04 demo but its currently in the body shop getting repaired due to an accident !!

Good luck hunting your going to need it

There are 04 Demo cars at Weybridge and Leatherhead in Surrey.
Although when I went to test drive the Leatherhead one I was told that the manager had taken it on holiday and was not back for a week....typical.

Some of these prices are quite low!

I was offered just under 28k with hardtop and under 27k for softtop. I know this is to expensive. Spoke to dealer who said they were not discounting on jazzs civics or S2000s because demand was too high. I told him that if he was not going to discount there was no need for me to buy now and that I would buy in October time. His attitude changed and he offered to negotiate if I came to the garage, not sure if the discount will be large so I dont know if I will bother. If those prices were offered to me I would be
