DivX codec can be downloaded here:
http://download.divx.com/divx/DivX511Bundle.exe
Once installed, try right-clicking the file and select "open with" -> "Windows Media Player" (in Windows XP).
Programs that steal file associations suck big time! This includes both Quicktime and Real player, both of which are installed with great care on my PC to ensure they don't screw up other applications. Be warned!

Just downloaded the first lap (56k connection 
), then the Divx to play it

Now I can't watch Scooby's video. Media player now says it doesn't recognise the file
