14psi seems to be it on the stock headgasket. But after a new 2mm HG you can wind it up a bit more.

"Sideways" is over 500whp on a charger, Not sure is that's stock internals.
Sideaways have some internal work, a Valve job and head job dropping the compresion to 10:1.

He is around 450WHP.

7 psi is the limit before you start to spend lot of $$$. Instead of increasing the psi is better go with gears it would give more low end power than the SC

Its certainly not cheap.

Buying hte kit is one thing, but when you add up the installation cost (unless DIY) parts such as injectors, aftermarket ECU (fairly essential) mapping, fuel, insurance, and the fact that you will use clutches and wear tyres much quicker - it becomes something not so cheap as you would imagine. There are shortcuts, but you are asking for trouble IMO.

I know its not the same thing, but if you really want power then a turbo car takes only a few tweaks to achieve a lot of power and are generally better setup to handle it.

Just my spin on it!
a stock Comptech SC without After cooler is the cheapest option. No more upgrade is need.

My Cost

Used SC with A/C

That was my view Juan, especially with the UK climate.

Only problem again, is th fuelling management. We have no comptetent G Reddy mappers for the S2000 here, so you would have to do it yourself or go AEM...

Gears on a S/C is a good idea I think.
