Best on B roads?

S2000 acceleration from 0 - 6000 rpm is pish.
It is not a traffic light hero.
From 6-9K - It is a hooligan.
If you notice when you change gear from 2nd at 9K into 3rd the car will go into 6K etc etc
You really have to plan ahead, think etc
Some call it hard work
I call it rewarding good driving
Any idiot can build a car that goes fast in a straight line.
The S is not the fastest car around - but smiles per twisty it is up there.

It's hard to say Itek as you're unlikely to find a totally unmodified RX7. I doubt there's a whole hill of beans in it though.
The S2000 is plenty of fun, if you change the suspension a bit it's amazing. I live only on B-Roads and I'm not sure I would have anything else.

Thanks for that dat you have just confirmed what I wanted to hear how would you comapre the rx7 to the s2000 in regards to acceleration and cornering speed?

Thats closer than a close thing.
Except when you go to get in you s2k you know it will work. Believe me, im not a honda fan boy, the RX7 will be a pain in your ass, esp if its still sequential. Thats a freakin nightmare.
In the real world, I still prefer the drive of the s2000, i feel like i can push it harder than the RX7, time and time again. Its a decade ahead in technology and build so your starting with a newer car essentially.

No idea never driven and RX7, but on a track - plenty of footage of an S keeping up with 911's
Until the straights when the 911 pulls way ahead, then they are roped in at the twisties again
Do a youtube search.
Won't be hard.

Another way to look at it........
If you simply want to get from A to B in the fastest possible time, on British B roads in British weather, then a Scooby or something else AWD would surely be right up there. Another option would be a Megane R26, which is unbelievably sure-footed and has way more ability than a FWD hatch has any right to.
However, having owned a Scoob, the Renault and an S2000, I have to agree with Gaspode, you'll have to work harder in an S, but you'll enjoy it a whole lot more.

S2000 it is guys thanks very much My best friend has an evo fq340 so I know where you are coming from in regards to ultimate grip but I had a shot and found it dissapointing as the car was very vague as to what it was actually doing although it stuck to the road like the proverbial S**T!

I think the DC2 ITR is marginally more fun on a B road, simply because it gives you more confidence to thrash it from day 1.
The S2000 takes a bit longer to learn and exploit. It is a very rewarding car to drive but if I wanted to go really fast on a B-road and feel as secure as possible I'd take the Teg

OP the other factor is the S is the only roadster on your list
