Default Bed spring noise, anyone diagnosed

A while ago there was a post about a noise coming from the car everytime it went over bumps at low speeds sounding like bed springs, quite a few people said they had it including me, did anyone diagnose it?

Had this earlier this year. Car went in and they tightened the suspension nuts. Problem disappeared.

I had the same noise. The front n/s strut was replaced and noise is now gone.

Was this the one Mark T solved? Turned out to be connected to the bonnet release I think, and the noise was travelling.

Pushing the corner/front of the bonnet should confirm or otherwise.

Think that was a mouse squeek rather than bed springs Gad.

So is this squeak the long rhythmical, or short stroke variety?
