A few mods then . I thought cylinders needed sleaves when power started to go into 300's. Guess he had a shed load of money and nothing to spend it on.

You're right. Site has better photos. Interesting what he's done to the rear quarters of the sliver hard top. Gives it a "fastback" look.

God knows what all that stuff cost him ...

That is the mugen hard top, it is a slightly different shape, and a lot lighter.

He's probably spent the cost of the car again on it.

I've emailed him and made him aware of this thread, I cannot track him down as a user of s2ki

Hi Ian,
Thanks for the email. I wasnt sure if the car was going to show up in the mag or not. I will have to track down a copy here in the states as there are only a few places to get them.

Funny comment about the "shed load of money"...not really, but it did end up costing my my marriage...not such a big deal though as the car gave me more joy than the ex ever could.... lol

I got rid of the OZ Superleg IIIs and ordered a set of Kenisis K58r rims for the car. Lighter, stonger and I can take them apart if needed without sending beck to OZ.

The Hood changed as well, going with a Cwest Carbon hood to match some of the othere carbon stuff we are doing to the car-Intigrated belly pan/splitter to work with the OE chin spoiler andCarbon lip to work witht he OE rear spoiler. Maybe rethinking the suspension now that there are some coilover setups that are refined...

If I had money, it would be Ohlins or Moton...THAT is having a "shed load of money!"...

Thanks again for the heads up on the article and a big CHEERS to all our brothers int he UK.
