So, spend next month's salary/sell a kidney/flog your soul to the devil and buy mikeyk's Volks!
He's a contractor ....... a couple of days work should cover the cost of buying mikeyk's Volks.

with LL. These are one of the best sets of wheels you can buy for the car.

Affording them is not the problem. It's how much they cost for what I would be getting thats an issue. That and I want something either quite shinny or white that I prefer for my MCB.

Dark colors just dont go well with blue. Blue in my eyes only works with Shinny stuff or White.

Have a search on http://www.performancealloys.com/ - the OZ Hydra / OZ 5 Star might appeal. Not sure that the wheels that are being shown as appropriate for the S2000 will actually fit in terms of offsets though.

Don't forget that if you do happen to go 18" low profile, your tyre costs will increase fairly substantially.

The only real options you have if you want correct offsets stagger etc. are:

Expensive wheels like the Volks / BBS / Advans / Work

or

if you want something cheaper you could go for the OZ ultraleggera (only downside is you can only can get them in 18"

or

Rota Slipstream in 17"

or

OEM 17"s

It all depends on what you want, I'm getting some BBS LM in 18" on Friday, I know they are heavier than stock but this doesn't bother me because I don't go mental on the roads (well not much) and i'm keeping my OEMs for track days.

So think about purpose when choosing a wheel.

Purpose is for regular driving and making the car look good. As for track I also have OEM's I will be keeping for that.

But remember I drive the car everyday for about 50 miles so I dont want to break a bone in my ass doing so .

The only other thing is I dont really want to spend more than
