Quirky & refreshing

I think the review is translated from Belorussian.

They like that thing

But claim the Mitsubishi Pinin is 'horrible looking'

I have suggested a CRV if they must buy something like this

I have two.

I put one on each foot and do laps of the local sports hall to disco music.

Forester, standard or turbo should satisfy everyone

that is pap..

you think they'll have it for six months, decide they don't like it (its rubbish) and say 'Gad, would you like the Terios?'

years ago my then bird was looking for a new car.. she quite fancied a citroen saxo (the original one) so we went to look at a dealers.. i swear it was made of paper and balsa wood. i could have written it off with my bare hands. i'm sure the doors were made of A4.

and it would do about 90mph. safe then.

Gad - what they probably like is the driving position (and possibly the cost). Find something nicer with the same sort of driving position. They are right about the Mitsi Pinin as that looks complete pants.

Perhaps you could discourage them on safety grounds. Cars that tall and narrow, especially ones with 4x4 suspension aren't gonna cope well with things like the moose test.
