The dealer is fitting my PRM Racing air-intake system for me today, so CC and I ought to get together soon to compare!

I'll also be interested to see/hear the PRM intake, Pete - sounds like a good excuse for another micro-meet!

Suits me! You should know by now that I don't need much of an excuse!

PS
Are you going the "Gentleman's Evening charity do" at the Metropole NEC tomorrow night?

I think my firm has a table, Pete - some of the partners tend to take clients to that type of event as a bit of business development. Given my comparatively lowly status, and given the (usual) cost of the tickets, I tend not to get invited to those kind of bashes....

Hey AusS2000,

That not a problem, I just wanted to know if mine was one of the ones you shipped out.
I can understand the paint problems, went to pick a set of wheels yesterday that I had powdercoat, but because the finish wasn't right, the shop is redoing the job.
I think everyone would be pissed off if they received a half finish product, but waiting a couple of more days or so for a correctly finish product is OK.

Hey Aus,

Thanks for keeping us updated

I just know now that I'll end up dropping mine on gravel when it arrives, or the dog will chew it, or something!

Anyway don't let the get you down.

I appreciate everyones patience. I couldn't contact the manufacturer last week. I dropped into his place twice and rang quite a bit.

I did speak with him on Tuesday (I was at a track day over the weekend) and it turns out he hurt his neck and spent some time in hospital. He's back at it now and making several moulds she he can increase production.

I realise this is beginning to sound like a soap opera but I am doing all I can to move this along without pushing it over the edge. I expect that after we get through this batch things will be back to normal. If not, I will look for another manufacturer.
No problem.

I let the fibreglass guy do it for me.

I have 6 to pick up today. One is NEED4SPEEDS and the other 5 are to fill orders.

They are all black and red (sorry to the yellow and blue orderers).

I will e-mail each recipient as I package them.

Once again, thank you for your patience. I think I everyone at least a beer.
