Aura Bass shakers
I've read a few favourable posts from the Electronics forum on these Bass Shaker things and in theory they seem like a good idea.
Thought I'd see if anyone on here's had any experience of them?

IIRC you had a sub in a WLAURENT enclosure that you ditched as part of your weight loss program - how would you compare the two?
They are just as heavy though

What's their RMS rating, Mikey, as my amp puts out 150 per channel and I'd be concerned about blowing them up!
I have an old 70x4 amp that would probably be more suitable.
Could I have both...can you split the sub RCA? Overkill springs to mind though!

I ran them off the internal amp of the HU and used the RCA's for 4 channels to the amp
The don't have an RMS like speakers they are more like solenoid coils.
Have a look in the product archive of the web site you link, it shows the version I have and their power requirements.

Top man - that would work as my HU front channels are redundant at the mo, and that can only be 17/18 RMS.
I'll do some digging around and give it some thought as I've never really been happy with the performance of my sub - which is kicking out 300+ bridged through a ported rear tray!
If you could PM me at some stage with what you're looking for, that would be great.
