Yeah it’s very worrying, although its one of them..... Am I definitely right in saying the rear arches are double skinned and spot welded? like I say, if they are not I will just simply cut them off leaving a 5mm lip which will be the answer to all my prayers , that way I can guarantee its not going to mess up.

i realy dont fancy getting the arches painted .. i have a annoying eye for paintwork i litterally would have the car fully repainted.

cheers again

rear are double skinned it's not too hard to just bend the lip round a little with a hammer and dolly if it's only rubbing a little in a certain place i would get everything fitted set up and settled in then see if and where it rubs and take it from there

i rolled my rear arches myself, its a very simple process that you just need to take your time, use plenty of heat and gently apply more and more pressure until you get the desired amount or movement.

if paying someone i would only use ARCHENEMY due to the guys simply do arch pulling all day for a living.

when i did mine:

Archenemy did my rear arches and buckled the wing, when I confronted them all they were interested in was the £100 I had paid them,I would never let them near a car of mine again, there is some pics of the damage on my build thread.

There's no way my rears would have fitted without an arch roll even with the amount of rear camber i'm running. Thats partly down to me having 255 AD08's which have a very large footprint and the fact that my car is pretty damn low.

To give you an idea:

I think i'm running 3 degrees of camber on the rear, my arches are rolled but not flared at all.

Hope that helps

Looks good mate, did the 225s up front go on without any arch work?

All my arches were already rolled as I had 18's on before fitting the Rota's. I'd say the fronts would have caught without a roll though.
