This time last year, fresh from Euromeet and having heard the lovely sound of RevRanger's K&N I was in the market for an induction kit for my birthday.
Looked into it and was concerned about the possible loss of a couple of bhp with the K&N which I probably wouldn't notice in practice but would bug my head.
I knew that driving god SideWaysOnFire had an AEM and thought that if it is good enough for him it is good enough for me.
Then Irvatron raised the spectre of hydrolock.
Soon afterwards I did the Honda day at Rockingham and after speaking to tuners there decided to stick with stock.
Since then I have had some brilliant ford fun.
Glad that you two have been having fun together and do hope that Burnie hasn't damaged his engine.
Just realised that I didn't get a birthday present at all last year after changing my mind.
