HPI clear is NOT the same as it's CAT status, it just means there isn't outstanding finance on it. But denying its a CAT is not on.

Not strictly true, HPI reports show finance and insurance category (and other stuff I can't remember) you want an HPI report to have all green ticks at the top of the page
